There is an annual Membership Fee due at the time of registration and each September for in person classes (Sept. - Aug.). There is no registration fee for online classes. Fees are as follows:
September-November: Individual -$35 Family - $55;
December-February: Individual -$25 Family -$37;
March -May: Individual - $15 Family - $19;
June-August: Individual - $5 Family - $8.
Tuition is due every 4 weeks. The 4 week periods for the fall session is as follows:
9/3-9/30
10/1-10/28
10/29-11/25
11/26-12/23
Once enrolled, the student is enrolled for the entire session. No refunds are given once the 4 week period begins. If you join after the beginning of the period, tuition is prorated. Enrollment automatically recurs each period until the end of the session or notification is given to discontinue a program. For recreational classes, notification must be given prior to the beginning of the next period. For the competitive team, a 30-day notice is required. Exceptions apply for long term injuries and illness with a doctor's excuse.
We allow unlimited makeups. You must receive prior approval by registering through the parent portal, or contacting our office. All classes must be made up prior to withdrawal or the end of the session. No makeups are permitted in empty or full classes. No credit is given for classes missed and not made up.
Class offerings could change due enrollment, staffing or other issues.
Tuition is due by on the first day of the session dates above and is based on flat rates. Tuition payment will be made automatically with the credit card or bank account on file if payment is not received prior to the 4 week session beginning. If accounts are not paid by the 15th of the month, accounts could incur a $25.00 late fee. Credit card surcharges of 2.89% will be added to MasterCard, Visa and Discover payments. If you need to make different payment arrangements please contact our office and we'll be happy to work something out. Accounts that become 30 days overdue will be considered grounds for collection action and students are not permitted to continue enrollment until their account is current. There is a $40 returned check charge for any checks returned by the bank.
